That a PITA to put my settings back the way I had them. Apple support eventually had me reset my network and device settings. Really, this should be easily resolvable and the steps I've outlined are for peak apple side-stepping. I just got a 13 Pro Max upgraded from a 12 Pro and at first I couldn't get Car Play to work properly. It really should not hit this point, but you need to be firm about this because advisors really will walk all over you unless you give them any sort of reason not to. If customer relations starts to give you any flack, just tell them that you're never going to buy an apple product again and that you'll start telling all your friends and family that they should never buy an apple product again. Customer relations is the department they send you to when they're trying to keep you "in the apple family" You don't want t2, you want customer relations. They might transfer you to a tier 2 advisor. If they refuse to service it because they say there's no damage call applecare back and request customer relations department. This makes it harder for them to squirm their way out of it, as there's documentation. Have them give you a case number that way the applestore can see that you contacted applecare, AND that there's a case on file of you saying what happened. iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch wallpapers.Ĭall applecare and have them document the case and make an appointment for you.
